I’m a sexologist (MSexol, Curtin University) based in Canberra, Australia. I’m passionate about supporting people to understand, explore, and embrace pleasure and sexual health as part of living well. My work spans across adult education, public speaking, writing, and hosting events that create space for curiosity, connection, and self-discovery.

This is the home of my work as a Canberra-based sexologist, educator, public speaker, and writer. I explore pleasure as a site of learning, healing, and agency while recognising it can also be confusing, politicised, or quietly sidelined.

The Pleasure Is Yours exists to:

  • build sexual health literacy that feels accessible and affirming

  • reduce shame and stigma through open and honest conversation

  • celebrate diverse experiences of pleasure and intimacy

  • invite curiosity and joy into how we relate to ourselves and others with intention
